The Alte Kongresshalle (Old Congress Hall) has been a center for public and private events since it was built in 1952/53. The venue is located near Theresienwiese in the heart of Munich. Edith-Haberland-Wagner Stiftung renovated the imposing building and modernized its technical setting. The Alte Kongresshalle is now an ideal setting for various kinds of events – and the perfect stage for JS Kongress.

By car

Munich’s traffic volume is intense, which is why we would recommend not to come by car. In the Parkopedia you can find parking spaces nearby. The nearest one is “Theresie” in only 6 minutes walking distance.

If you are traveling by car and don’t want to go to the city center, head for a Park & Ride (P+R). Heimeranplatz is the nearest parking space (address: Garmischer Str. 19, 81373 München | price: 1,50 €/24h | public transportation: subways U4 to Theresienwiese and 13 minutes walking distance, or U5 to Schwanthalerhöhe and 4 minutes walk, S7 or Meridian to Hauptbahnhof and a 15 minute walk). More information on P+R on parkundride.de.
